Led by the University of Education Ludwigsburg, our first face-2-face meeting brought together eight participants. With online sessions prior focusing on project management, our physical meeting focused on content development, action plans, and deliverables. Relevant communication channels were introduced and the Partnership Agreements were finalised.

Highlights included an interactive networking session at the LitCafé, fostering discussions on digitalising teacher education, and a visit to the University’s Makerspace. Joint dinners strengthened team bonds.

Very good collaboration between the partners. Nice atmosphere.

With most partners on site, the gathering provided a great opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and align our efforts for the project ahead.

The project partners reported a positive and productive first meeting in Ludwigsburg, While travel from the airport was lengthy, the venue’s setup and environment were good. Partners appreciated the opportunity to discuss the project in depth, particularly aspects such as the design of the Innovation Weeks and the structure of Makerspace activities, with some suggesting that future meetings incorporate occasional breaks for reflection and regrouping. Overall, partners felt more confident in the project’s direction and valued the collaborative atmosphere, which provided clarity on tasks and helped address key questions, fostering a strong foundation for ongoing teamwork.
